     The Director of Services serves as the overall head responsible for the development and maintenance of the institution’s physical plant and facilities, information and communications technology, health and wellness center, and security systems. Working in close collaboration with the various programs and offices of the institution, the Director ensures the effective mobilization and implementation of their respective responsibilities.

Core Responsibilities

  • Facilities and Operations Management: Oversees the planning, development, and efficient management of the school’s physical facilities, health services, ICT infrastructure, and security systems.
  • Policy Compliance and Safety: Ensures adherence to institutional policies, safety protocols, and government regulations on building, health, data privacy, and environmental standards.
  • Strategic Planning and Development: Participates in institutional planning and formulates long-term strategies to align operational services with the school’s strategic goals.
  • Budget and Resource Management: Manages budgets and resource allocations for service-related offices, ensuring alignment with institutional priorities and financial efficiency.
  • Project Supervision and Quality Assurance: Oversees the implementation of major projects, ensuring quality, compliance, and timely completion.
  • External Coordination and Partnerships: Coordinates with suppliers, contractors, and government agencies to ensure regulatory compliance, fair procurement processes, and effective project delivery.
  • Sustainability and Efficiency: Promotes the optimal use of utilities and campus resources to enhance sustainability and operational cost-effectiveness.
