Core Responsibilities:

• Administrative Oversight: The director of this office is responsible for reviewing office budgets, holding regular meetings to check on the spiritual and psychological well-being of the community, and mentoring other administrators, ensuring everyone is aligned with the school’s Jesuit and Ignatian values.
• Formation of the Whole Community: This person ensures all programs for spiritual, emotional, and social development are well-planned and carried out for students, teachers, and staff. They help shape the character and leadership skills of the entire school community.
• Collaboration with Other Institutions: The position involves working with the local Church, other Jesuit schools, and universities to promote social justice, peace, and care for the environment.
• Leading Formation Offices: The director provides guidance and direction to various offices responsible for formation, making sure they work together effectively to achieve the school’s goals.
• “Formator of Formators”: This person leads and trains those who run the formation programs. They must serve as a role model for the values of service, faith, and discernment.
