ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS FOR SCHOOL YEAR 2026-2027
1) A user account shall be created via https://aims.adi.edu.ph/aims or through the QR code below. All the required information in the application form shall be filled out.
2) Recent (1) piece 2×2 colored I.D. picture with white background to be submitted if a photo was not uploaded in the online application form.
3) Clear photocopy of the birth certificate issued by the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) or the Passport biopage (for foreign applicants).
4) Certified true copy of the latest report card of the current school year. The Learning Reference Number (LRN) should be reflected on the report card.
*For those transferring from schools abroad: a clear photocopy of complete academic records with English Translation is required. Documents shall be apostilled.
5) For Grade 4 to Grade 11 Applicants: The Recommendation Form through this link: https://tinyurl.com/ateneorecommendationform or through the QR code below shall be completely accomplished by the applicant’s teacher or adviser.
6) Admission Fee of P500.00 (Pay at the school cashier).

1. Testing Schedule:
- Grade 11 Applicants:
January 10, February 7, and March 7, 2026
- Grade 7 to 10 Applicants:
January 17, February 14, and March 21, 2026
- Grade 1 to 6 Applicants:
January 17, February 7, and March 14, 2026

2. The admission fee receipt and hard copies of the required items 3 and 4 shall be submitted at least 3 working days before the intended date of the exam.

ENROLLMENT PROCESS
- Checking and Verification
– Verification of reserved slots. Only those with reserved slots are allowed to enroll. For
those not on the enrollment list, they need to proceed to the Registrar’s Office.
– Issuance of the enrollment slip after the slot has been verified. The student or parent must fill out all the necessary information. - Updating of Information
– Reviewing and updating the Student Profile.
The student, parent, or guardian reviews the registered information and updates it if
necessary.
– All fields must be properly filled out before the student is allowed to proceed to the next
step. Essential information includes the following:- Contact number(s)
- Email address
- Names of both parents
- Name of employer and position
- Names of relatives previously enrolled at Ateneo
- ID Picture Taking
– For Old Students who are incoming Grades 1, 4, 7, 11.
– For New Students, including PREP. - Assessment of Fees
– Assessment of student fees. Before assessment, the following discounts must be applied first:- Full payment discount – 5% discount on the tuition fee
- ESC/SHS Subsidy shall be applied only to those who will pay in full
- Employees Children Discount
- RVO-JVO Scholarship
- Other Scholarships
- Submission of Enrollment Requirements
- For old students – original valid for transfer report card (issued last April 15, 2025)
- For new students
- Original Report Card
- Clear Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate
- Certificate of Completion/ Diploma for incoming grade 1
- ESC Certificate for incoming grade 8-11 students who were subsidy recipients in their previous school.
*Issue a promissory note for missing documents to be submitted on or before June 30,
2025.
- Payment of Fees
– Prescribed Downpayment:- Prep-Grade 6 – Php 15,000
- Grade 7-12 – Php 20,000
– After payment, the system will automatically provide the student with his/her official student number (found on the upper right portion of the official receipt)
- Validation of Receipt
– Presentation of the official receipt for validation.
– New students, including PREP, Grades 1, 4, 7, and 11, to claim new ID.
– Other grade levels and Old Students, to present existing ID for validation.
– After validation, the student is officially ENROLLED.
